Hands down the best store in South florida. They treat each other like family , they are very professional .I AM SO PROUD OF MY STORE!!! The women there are so helpful and caring.
Lauren and Jazzmin rock personally! About a year ago I had found the perfect dress only it was way more than I wanted to pay so I didn't end up purchasing it. Later, I went online and bought a cheaper dress that I ended up hating. Long story short I had asked Davids bridal, via online and in store if I could return it and purchase the one I had originally wanted (which was now on clearance and affordable) and had been told no on numerous occasions! Darlene was amazing. We had the most amazing experience here. We came in uninterested and distraught due to another experience and the staff completely changed our minds. I found the perfect dress and the managers even went above and beyond to save the day.
Before you go anywhere else for dress shopping go see Amy at this store! She is upbeat, very nice, and has the perfect attitude for the job. She was very attentive and helpful. Thank you so much for all of your help today Amy, I can't wait to see the beautiful dresses you helped us pick out for the bridesmaids and for my mom for my wedding day. This store knows how to do customer service right! More than I can say for other bridal shops in genesee county.
