At first I was not impressed, but in the end I was incredibly happy. We checked in and were then sent to "browse" dresses while we waited for our attendant. Huge shout out to Trekina and Shamekia, along with the entire staff of the David's Bridal Jackson store for the best customer service I have ever received. Long story short, another location botched my alterations, and this location worked with me to fix it. Shamekia was the first person I spoke to, who calmed me down and assured me that the Jackson location could fix the issue.
