The experience was great. The employees are very helpful and friendly
I had a wonderful experience here today . The lady named Sarah helped me and was patient the whole time while I was looking at the dress I was trying on. I got the dress I wanted and got to ring the cow bell and make a wish. (Their tradition when you find your dress)
While the dress I purchased was beautiful and the sales representative who helped me find it was super helpful, they could use an entire new set of staff in the front. All were very rude and seemed bothered by living. When I called to set up my alterations appointment the person I spoke with had no clue what was going on and had an attitude. Needless to say, I got my alterations done elsewhere and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
5 stars to Katy! She was awesome!!! Such a positive encouraging person, and she has only been on the floor for a week!!! We had such a great experience , brought us all to tears and jumping for joy when my sister rang the bell!!!! I will always schedule appointments w her!!
