My first appointment was okay, the girl that assisted me wasn't as helpful as I would have imagined someone in her line of work would be. I made specific comments on dresses I really didn't like but she kept bringing those ones for me to try on. I left disappointed, but made another appt with a different dress consultant at David's and was very pleased with her. She listened to my likes & dislikes and also understood what I was looking for. My granddaughter got her wedding dress their. She loves the dress, she only tried on 2 or 3 and then she found it.
At first I was a little upset but I should have made an appointment but my sale associate turned my experience around and the manager was very supportive and awesome. I said yes to the dress and walked out with a smile on my face =)
