I found my wedding dress here in June this year and everyone was so helpful. Kate met with me a few times to help me make my mind up and was so sweet. I got married 2 weeks ago back at home in England and Kate had told me to contact her and let her know how it went. I had a great experience at David's Bridal! I worked with Dana M. She was extremely helpful! I started trying on dresses and telling her what I liked about them and didn't like. Then, she took all of my likes and dislikes and found me the perfect dress! Thanks Dana M!!! (She did it so well that this was the first place I went dress shopping and I found my dress in 1 hour 38 mins!) record time! :-) Thanks again Dana!
I cannot brag enough on the David's Bridal store in Madison! I went to pick up my wedding dress yesterday when I tried it on there was a thread I was concerned about and it was very wrinkled. The alterations specialist already had an appointment so I asked if I could take it to the BG store which was fine since I live there. When the manager found out she immediately took my dress to alterations had the thread taken care of and steamed my dress herself so that my dress left the store perfectly.
