I had such a great experience with all the stylist who helped me out! Especially Mikaela and Valerie in alterations. I originally went in to get fitted for alterations, then a couple hours later I called and wanted to cancel it because I then realized it would be easier if I got them done from my home town in sask. Valerie had no problems refunding my money and giving my dress back!
Going into dress shopping knowing this is a chain with affordable dresses compared to boutique bridal I knew the service would be different obviously when one sales person is helping 2-3 brides at a time vs a boutique where I had 3 sales associates focused on me. That being said I had a great experience today and found my dress with Sasha!! She is great and helpful and was super busy but didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time even with how demanding I was and how long my appt was.
