I LOVE THIS STORE!!! Janet was so much more than accommodating and patient! We tried on sooo many dresses and she appeared happy to help! I’m in my friends wedding while planning my own and the appointment went well over. She quickly checked the schedule which was free and she continued to be amazing!!! We all found the perfect dress and I’m super excited to wear it! THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH JANET!!!

5 ⭐️ After going to the Fayetteville store Saturday 2/23/19 & purchased a dress that I felt pressured into not to mention how rude the staff was. I went back & forth with my decision thats when I decided to call the Florence store OMG they were so understanding. I booked an appointment for 2/28/19 & Mrs.Heidi was the one that helped me OMGOODNESS I loved her she was absolutely AMAZING she went above & beyond to help me find that perfect dress... Hanaa in alterations saved the day! The first time I came to pick up my dress the other woman had left the hem so long I couldn’t walk and messed up the bustle. Hanaa was the one helping me and promised to personally fix it for me. I just came back tonight and it fit perfectly and she corrected the bustle! Not sure what I would’ve done if it weren’t for her!!
