I was late for my appointment because of traffic and weather conditions. I was greeted by Danielle (who also is the Alterations Manager) who was so kind and understanding. She informed me that Amber would be helping me with my bridal dress selections. Talk about impressed! Amber came to me with a printed copy of my "favourites" list that I had made on the David's Bridal website and could see by my selection what type of dress I wanted (structured, simple, full A-Line/modified ballgown).
