I had a great experience with Donna today. She helped me pick out my shoes and try on my dress, which had just come in. Turns out the dress is way too big. Donna calmly handled the situation. She called someone out from alterations to consult on the correct sizing and got the new dress ordered before I knew it. Thank you Donna for helping make this an easy fun experience!!!

I highly recommend this place! I had Kathleen for bridesmaid dresses and she was AMAZING! I also had Kaylee as my wedding dress consultant and I left with the dress of my dreams! Everyone is so friendly!

I went to the David’s bridal in Richmond this past Saturday and had one of the worst experiences and the consultant I had was rude and unhelpful. The next day I drove to the David’s bridal in Potomac Mills and it was a whole different experience. I found lots of beautiful dresses in my size, which being a plus size girl that’s hard to find, and the consultant I had was so amazing and helpful. It was well worth the 2 hour drive.
