I'm underwhelmed - was given incorrect information multiple times (in regard to whether the bride had created an account with the selected bridesmaid dresses, the availability of the dress for purchase - they told me it was out of stock and unavailable for approximately 4 months when I could order it online and get it in 2 weeks - whether the style of dress was in the store for fitting, cost of alterations). I was just in for an appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses. When I arrived I was scoffed at because the bride wasn't registered through you. Then, the associate that was supposed to help me (Susan) came to the front desk and instantly started arguing with the other associate because she claimed she was supposed to go home at 5 and the schedule said 6. If I could give them a half a star, I would. I was very disappointed in this store. It was my first time trying on dresses and it was suppose to be magical and fun. I saw my consultant for all of 2 mins max. She pulled 3 dresses for me, 2 of which was the total opposite of what I said I wanted, and then disappreared. I felt like I was being judged, I went in with all intentions to buy, but just couldn't wrap my head around how not interested she was. My friends had to pull dresses for me. I am so NOT pleased with this place. They refused to steam and press my daughter's gown just because I did not pay a fortune to have it altered there! I bought it there and they suggested not having it steamed until the wedding. Now they refuse! Not nice.
