Wish I could rate this LESS THAN ZERO. My daughter -- who has Hashimoto's thyroiditis as well as a seizure disorder -- is to be in her best friend's wedding. The sales girl treated her as though she was a pariah! HOW DARE SHE!! I'd like her to walk one week in my daughter's shoes! Just one week!! Funny thing is, I have two girls who are engaged. Guess where they AREN'T going!
This place is a joke of customer service. DO NOT go here if you want your dress sitting there while no one calls you to let you know it has arrived when you could have it. My brides dress sat there over two weeks and she received no calls that it arrived, and no alterations were needed, just a size they didn't have in store! Horrible service.
I just walked out of your store! Very unprofessional and lack quality service. The sales associates need more training, your prices does not reflect the store at all. Close down or get it together! I will never return.
