This store has THE WORST customer service. We waited 30 MINUTES just to pick up dresses because the associates were too busy trying to make commission. Both times we visited this store was a complete and horrible experience. We like our dresses but the staff needs a makeover! They didn't even understand the rewards program well enough to explain it to us properly. FYI we visited the San Diego DB and it was the complete opposite...they actually had a clue and actually put effort in to their work.
Customer service was awful, I'm never going back.
Unsure why I needed an appointment to try on dresses... Because the person that assisted us was no where to be found. She did put our dresses in a room,but that was the last we saw of her. No one to zip the dresses, etc. We walked out of the store and nothing was said. I would not recommend this place to a friend, or anyone.
