I am surprised I even gave this store a one star review. We made an appointment for bridesmaid dresses on Sunday and the employee who helped us was just awful. So awful I ended up buying a dress online not from DAVIDS BRIDAL without even trying it on instead of giving this business any money. Just being a bridesmaid and seeing how they treat their brides and customers I will NEVER be going back or using them when I get married. I would much rather pay more for dresses from a different store than give this business any money.... read more
This had to be one of the worst experiences I had in regards to customer service and being treated nicely. I brought three of my bridesmaids in on Sunday, January 19th to pick their dresses for my upcoming wedding. First, I was not greeted at the welcome counter, and I had to interrupt two employees private personal conversation to even get noticed.
