I was beyond pleased with all of the assistance I received yesterday for my first trip into the store. I was determined to find my dress in one stop on the first day. Liz was amazing with me and helped me find the perfect dress. She was patient and caring and gave a truly honest opinion. We had such a great time working with her. RecommendedI would give them a 10 out of 5 thanks to the expertise and professional service I received from Hannah. I was a desperate customer and I found out today that Hannah was not a salesperson but whatever she is she was my angel. i purchased a dress that I loved at the local David's and had sold the dress I planned to wear as I had fallen in love with this dress. I had a great experience at David Bridal. when you go ask for Chantelle she was great she helped me with every step including getting my dress steamed when it arrived from delivery. I cannot praise her enough when I came in I did not know what type of dress I wanted and she was very informed and I picked out the best dress ever with her help! Thanks Chantelle your the best!!💗

I wish I could give a 10 star review!! I worked with Dayna S on 9/15/18 and absolutely loved her. She listened to what I was wanting, very positive feedback and didn't rush us in and out, and no pressure to buy. I had went to another appt after this one and had a horrible experience at the white dress in downtown Portland. We came back within a few hours to purchase the dress from David’s bridal. When I initially got my gown back from alterations 2 weeks before my wedding, it was a disaster. The top was wrong, the hem was wrong, it didn’t fit in the waist at all. The second I called the store manager had several options for how to fix the situation. After going through alterations again, I picked up my dress 2 hours before boarding my flight to head out and get married, and it was perfect! Though the situation was insanely hectic and stressful, it ended so positively. I looked and felt amazing in my gown.

Me + 6 bridesmaids came in the other week and worked with Kendra. She did a great job of helping every girl find a dress that flattered their body type and did an even better job of taking the stress off me and letting me just sit back and enjoy the experience. I am so thankful to her and her hard work for making this one of the easier parts of wedding planning. If you go here, I highly recommend you ask for Kendra!
