I have to say that I had an wonderful experience at the Akron David's bridal. I worked with Katie and I was very happy with the service and the way she handled the entire appointment. I have been to other David's but the Akron store was great! I drove an hour to go this one and not canton because I have been to Canton store twice and was very dissatisfied both times. Thanks Katie for everything!!
There aren't enough stars here for the excellent service we have received from Tam Nguyen the Alterations Manager at David'sBridal. She took care of my daughter and I. My daughter had lost about 2 dress sizes and her dress looked a little frumpy but by the time Tam finished pinning her up she was as beautiful as ever. I had an appointment the other day and it was beyond what I expected. I brought in some pictures of dresses I wanted but it wasn’t going well. The lady that helped me, shay, was so patient and understanding. She spent about 3 hours with me looking for a dress that would make me ecstatic. At the end she found me a dress that I would never have chosen myself. I appreciate her kindness and her time so much. Always listen to the sales associate, they know best. �
