We went shopping for bridesmaid dresses and Mel was awesome! She worked with all of us providing options that complimented our individual personality as well as body. Thank you Mel for the smooth and pleasant experience!
First off, thank you. It took no time at all to pick out my bridesmaid dress. We ordered it in the brides color choice, & once it was in I scheduled an alteration. The gal who pinned my dress was very friendly. Unfortunately I had an incident at pickup where the dress ended up being too tight. The girl at pickup from my alteration wasn’t very helpful. Bought my dress from the Rockville store and had a wonderful experience. I had my alterations appointment last night and Ms.Birdi was wonderful!! I had to take a break and sit multiple times during my alterations and she was so incredibly patient with me. The only down fall is that alterations are very very expensive. I had half the piece of my dress for just alterations (getting a hem and a bustle). I understand the skirt of my dress has many layers but it's a little outrageous. Staff was so fantastic and helpful. I was very nervous going in for the first time and they put me at ease. I found the dress instantly and they helped with fitting it to me, the veil, and accessories! ALEX WAS AMAZING!
Tonight I walked in looking for a bridesmaid dress. Lost, Armanda came to the rescue. I tried on the dresses my bride had me choose from and quickly decided I wanted something different(with her blessing of course). Armanda was great picking the styles that worked best for me. I found a dress a liked but unfortunately, it wouldn’t be available to me in time for the big day(did I mention its a month away?). After trying on a few duds, we found one that I loved.
