I just spoke to someone who’s name ended with “issa” I cannot remember but she was super helpful with getting my dress to me! I would give her a 5+ star rating for friendliness and customer service! However my previous phone calls were not as pleasant. No one called me to tell me my dress was in until a week after I had called and they told me it was in there.
It was a wonderful experience I was able to be with my soon-to-be daughter-in-law to pick out her wedding dress on 8/18/2018 also I went today 8/22/2018 with my daughter to pick out her bridesmaid dress and both times the Associates were absolutely helpful in everything we needed. I totally recommend them for any of your wedding needs or prom or no matter what type of dress you are needing David's Bridal is the place to go. My mom and I stopped in for her mother of the bride dress. Even though we didn't have an appointment we were helped very quickly. Lily was so helpful and really fun to work with! 5 stars from me :)
