The service was exceptional and the staff was friendly and so helpful. I never had to wait for someone to help me. The staff in the alterations department were outstanding. My situation was not easy and they altered my dress perfect. Thank you ladies!!
Today I had a fairy tale appointment led by the magnificent Sophie! She understood that I need my dress very quick, as in that day! Our wedding is in 2 months so we had to work fast. She made me feel completely at ease and assured me we would find the dress of my dreams. I have to give Davids Bridal five stars for their customer service - they went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy bride and had the right dress for me. I worked with a lady named Lynn Hartford. She tireless ran back and forth from my dressing room to finding me dresses she thought I might like - but was always available when I needed her.
