Life savers!! I went in looking for a formal dress for an event in two days and the staff was very welcoming and kind. They had the perfect balance of giving me time and space to look and try on dresses without making me feel like I was being ignored or forgotten. RecommendedAfter having major dress regret the first time I “said yes to the dress” I was worried about this time around finding something I truly loved and wanted to get married In and Sierra did an amazing the whole time making feel so comfortable with her and helping me find a dress I love!
Have had two experiences here twice in the past week. Most of my maids went Sunday to get their dresses, and Rachel was great. My MOH went tonight by herself, Chad was FANTASTIC with her! It sucked not being able to go with her to choose her dress, but he was such a big help!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!
Such a fun experience! All the consultants we dealt with were helpful and accommodating. Our personal consultant, Talisha, listened to our requests, made helpful suggestions and stepped back when we needed her to. We rang the bell and walked out happy, satisfied customers. Thank you all 😃
Went to my alteration appointment and a Diane was wonderful! She made everything so easy and it took about 30 minutes! Really appreciated her personality and making me feel welcome and comfortable!
Both times I went I was very pleased with the service from the ladies. I had a problem with the dress I picked and they helped me with no issues. Just had my alterations appt and can not wait for my final fitting
