I had popped by the Mississauga location yesterday (where I purchased my dress back in March), to get a quote for alterations. While I was there The assistant manager Kate (who was helping out from the Cambridge store) helped me in looking at some accessories (she was fabulous). 5 starts to Brenda and the other consultants and managers at the Langley, BC location! I went in last night with my future MIL, tried on so many wedding dresses. I felt like I had lost. I wasn’t finding anything that I loved. I like different parts of several dresses but not in its entirety. I began to dislike the whole wedding dress shopping like when you go jeans shopping. I had a great experience at Davids bridal with Wendy and the manager Christine. Wendy let me try on as many dresses needed to find the right one. I ended up getting one Wendy picked out for me. Wendy figured out what i liked and didnt like from the fits i picked out and recommended me one that i ended up getting. Chris was supper accomodating with my on the spot fitting as I explained to her time was an issue. Chris is a customer service focused manager and is super friendly and personable. My friend came in with no appointment just to see what they had and left with a dress. The girl helping was great.

RecommendedWent in tonight for a bridesmaid dress. Lily our consultant was awesome and very patient with us. Did not rush us at all and made great suggestions. Nia checked us out and explained everything in detail. Both of these girls made our experience so much fun and great!
I went today and got my wedding dress and two of my bridesmaids dresses!! My consultant’s name was Devon and she was absolutely amazing! Fun and easy to talk to, she made the whole process easy! I walked out of there with the dress of my dreams thanks to her. And she was always upfront about pricing if I saw a dress I liked that was slightly over budget. She made me feel special and really listened to my needs. All in all a 10/10 for me!
