I had the most enjoyable, stress-free, fun experience picking out my bridal gown with Miss Jewell! She was professional, kind, and has an amazing eye for all things dresses and accessories! She is exactly the person you want helping you in and out of gowns and by your side to find your dress.
I would highly recommend the David's Bridal in Tallahasse Fl to anyone looking for a friendly experience. I had a wonderful experience last night with Julia at the Harbison location in Columbia, SC! It was a busy night with a few other brides but I was never left unattended. The GM, Lena also stepped in and helped with a few selections! Trying on bridal dresses can be very overwhelming and to have Julia in the fitting room, helping me try these on, listening to my concerns and capturing the exact look was a dream! I have to say that I had an wonderful experience at the Akron David's bridal. I worked with Katie and I was very happy with the service and the way she handled the entire appointment. I have been to other David's but the Akron store was great! I drove an hour to go this one and not canton because I have been to Canton store twice and was very dissatisfied both times. Thanks Katie for everything!!

There aren't enough stars here for the excellent service we have received from Tam Nguyen the Alterations Manager at David'sBridal. She took care of my daughter and I. My daughter had lost about 2 dress sizes and her dress looked a little frumpy but by the time Tam finished pinning her up she was as beautiful as ever. Tam saw that she also needed different undergarments then what was originally sold to us there and surely helped us. She is one of those genuine people that really have empathy for her customers.
