I had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal Robinson about a year ago when I purchased my wedding dress - my consultant was extremely helpful and honest and I ultimately bought the second dress I tried on. I just went back the other day for my first dress fitting/alterations appointment and, unfortunately, did not have as great of an experience.
