My experience was fantastic! Devon pulled dressed I'd favorited online and a few that were similar. She put a belt and veil on each one I liked and had alterations come out to talk about pricing with me. I felt special and beautiful and left with my perfect dress!
Two smiling, helpful, knowledgeable women helped me today and I found the perfect dress!
I was having a hard time finding a dress and the sale associates really really searched to find a dress I would love!!! World class customer service I tell ya. Thank you Kalua and Sandra for helping me find a beautiful dress for my big day😘

I took my daughter to look for a wedding dress at David's this week, and was amazed to walk out with a dress my daughter loved on order in less than an hour. We hadn't planned on buying a dress yet, this was her first time trying on dresses, and her wedding isn't until next year. Her bridal consultant Maura was absolutely amazing. So long story short I got a dress from the David’s bridal in Franklin. They were very helpful but I went home with a dress I didn’t love. I was super upset because I thought I wasn’t going to be able to exchange my dress for the one I loved but I went into the Memphis David’s bridal and WOW!
