What started out a little rough, with the rude person in the front of the store, ended up being a wonderful experience. Penni couldn’t have been any greater or more helpful than she was! Future brides or bridesmaids should ask for her!!
I had the best experience at David’s bridal! Ashley was wonderful. She listened to me and brought dresses to try that she thought I would like. She was also respectful of my budget. She also brought others that met some of my criteria. I ended up choosing one she picked & I am so happy!
The stylist was wonderful, the dresses are beautiful and I found the dress of my dreams after trying on I ly two dresses! Nicole hit the nail on the head with both dresses.
We went shopping today for my friends wedding dress and David’s was the second stop. She was set on a dress from another store, but willing to look. After trying on a few dresses with Gabrielle, she hadn’t fallen in love. So, Gabrielle went and picked out a few more that she thought would look good, and one of them was the one! Gabrielle did such an amazing job listening to the ideas and the thoughts of everyone in the group to find the PERFECT dress! It was such a great experience!

David’s bridal has been amazing to me through my wedding planning process. I worked with Brooke C. on multiple occasions who made it feel like i wasn’t in a corporate owned chain store but like I was in a local bridal boutique. I talked with her and showed her pictures of what I liked and literally the first dress she brought me was the one. I said yes to the dress at the West Springfield MA David’s Bridal and my experience was excellent! My consultant Kelly D. was excellent! She listened to what I liked and didn’t like and really seemed to care about me as a person and not just another person. She was very attentive and would highly recommend her for anyone coming here to try and find their dress!
