I was up yesterday. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly😊
We had Heather as our consultant and she was wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. But Heather was awesome. Knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect dress for my daughter Great experience all around. Ended up getting a mother of the bride dress also. Will be back to get bridesmaid and flower girl dresses

I went to the Danbury CT and was helped by Stephanie. She was amazing and soooo helpful. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She listened to what I wanted and liked, all while pointing me in the right direction. I think she should train other stylists to be as friendly and attentive as she is. It was great dealing with her after having a bad experience at another David's Bridal.
Thanks for all your help today I don’t know what we would do without such a friendly helpful staff.
Chianny helped me and my girls with my bridesmaid dresses, that need to be in by the end of May. She helped coordinate colors, styles, arrival dates and alterations, making sure the timing would work for everything so I wouldn’t have to. I went in a few times, once to look, another to try on and then again to finalize and buy. She was absolutely the most patient and kind associate I have EVER worked with and would recommend business with her, any time, to anyone. I seriously couldn’t have done it without her. They were so sweet and patient. Made sure I was happy with the alterations
I just wanted to thank crystal the manager for saving the day! They messed up my dress order twice! When I went in for my fitting I realized they had ordered me a new dress that wasn't the right size when I asked for and paid for the dress on the rack that fit me perfect. Then they got the "correct" size from another location and when I went to try it on it was the same size as before!!!
