Very sweet and attentive salesgirl who knew exactly what to pick and actually listened to Jess's wants. Store is beautifully run-spacious and carried gorgeous gowns and accessories.
Went there for my wedding dress, and my bridal party's dresses. The staff is very helpful, and attentative. The women in the alterations department are so sweet. They were able to take my dress out in one week, two before my actual wedding!! I only give 4 stars though because the cleanliness of the bathrooms could use some improvement, but other then that they are great.
I was there yesterday with my daughter, her future mother in law and 4 of her bridesmaids. We were there looking for her wedding gown as well as the bridesmaids gowns. It was a wonderful experience, our assistant Meghan was great, she was attentive and knowledgeable. We were there 4.5 hours , never felt rushed, she made as many switches and runs to the inventory racks as we requested. We are pleased with our selections and can't wait for the dresses to arrive !!!
As someone who has experience in retail and event planning, I take this very seriously. The David's Bridal in Danbury Connecticut was wonderful. I had a family emergency that prevented me from being able to return another bridesmaid dress within their company's time frame to another David's Bridal, and they accommodated me when no one else would. Lorraine was awesome ! I walked in with one dress I had in my mind, and she immediately helped me into the dressing room. I only needed to try one on before saying yes but she was great every step of the way . Thank you Lorraine
I was with Anna and Cassie .....marykate was the best neither girl wanted the other to see the dresses and marykate took the time to make that happen she was fabulous.....and one of the girls picked her dress which if I might say is beautiful and marykate was not a pushy and was nothing but positive thank you ���
Went there with my fiancé and his daughter for her bridesmaid dress. We didn't have an appointment and they attended us right away. Meaghan was very nice and helpful. My fiancé is a bit of jokester and she just went right along with it. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. I ended up going to the Yonkers, NY for my wedding dress and some of the other bridesmaids dresses and even though they were very helpful and made it easy for us as well I enjoyed this store better. Less crowded, I guess.
