I had an amazing day. Our consultant Alexa was phenomal. She knew what my budget was, I tried on a beautiful dress but was quite a bit over my budget and she didn't push it on me. I found my amazing dress and all my bridesmaids found theirs too.
with my daughter the help was very helpful I forgot her name she was very helpful She was very attendive to our all our needs and looks what's going and I said yes to the dress today so thank you David's Bridal

Went in for a prom dress and was very impressed and super happy with the service and consultant we had helping us today!! We got everything we needed and even though it was quite busy, the staff was wonderful and never made us feel rushed or unwelcome because we didn't have an appointment!! Thank you so much!!!!

Recently I had the unpleasant experience of waiting for a mother of the groom dress to get delivered from an unnamed store. After several discouraging conversations with the customer service rep, I received the dress, almost 7 weeks after I ordered it. I had tried to cancel the order but was unable to do so.
