The service was horrible. The woman that had helped me seemed to be confused, looked like she had no clue what she was doing. Showed her my favorites I had marked on my account, she brought me a couple but that was it. My future sister-in-law's bridesmaids dresses were first ordered in the wrong color. Then one of the bridesmaids dresses was never ordered. After the bride spoke with an associate on the phone to reorder the dress they STILL did not place the order. The bridesmaid & bride discovered this as the bridesmaid was calling to see when she could pick up her dress that should've been ready by now. Well lets just say that they need to make their policies very clear when you are purchasing a dress from there. Who in their right minds would even sell an off the wall wedding dress to someone after it was tried on,sweat on and possibly have makeup on the inside? Very rude to customers too! Sorry but I will NEVER EVER step foot into their business nor will I ever purchase a dress from them! They even acted like putting a dress onto Layaway was a crime.....SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE!!!
I ordered a prom dress from here in February and it still hasn't come in when they said it would be in by March 7th and I called multiple times and now they say it wont come until the day before my prom date. I also had a friend who ordered a dress here the same day I did and it has already come and is already altered.
All the staff were super nice and never made us feel like we weren't good enough to be there because we are not stick figures. They made us feel just as special as the size zero girls!!
Today myself, my aunt & my oldest daughter went wedding dress shopping. I made a appointment and all, was plenty early than my appt time. Our consultant pulled what they had that was on my favorites list only in bridal gowns, she didnt even pull any bridemaids dresses at all. I tries on about 6 of them, was unable to order the one my heart liked due to no longer being available. We had a poor experience. What should have been a happy occasion ended in tears as the staff was very inept and lacking in what is needed to run a great store. Would not recommend this Eau Claire store.
Bad! If there was an option for lower I would! 1) my wedding I came to try on dresses. EVERY SINGLE ONE I tried on "oh you look so pretty!" Like they were trying really hard to make a sale. 2) my wedding I had my girls order sashes. 1 of the bridesmaids sashes were deformed, she ordered another the 2nd was deformed!
