We had to wait for an hour for our appointment. It was frustrating, but my fiancé made a special request for a decal to be sewn into the dress. The ladies really went beyond to make it happen and for a letter to be delivered.

My dress is nice and arrived in a timely fashion. I've been waiting for two months for my veil. The alterations I had done were ok but not great. One loop for the bustle was anchored in an odd place that is not hidden. Prices of dress and alterations were excellent. Ladies at front desk could use a touch up on customer service skills. Overall, good experience.

Went on a Saturday staff was very accommodating to my needs. We ended up finding bridesmaid dresses however, the store was extremely busy and I would not want to feel pressured to find my wedding dress here.

There was a bride 5 bridesmaids and mother of the bride , we were there 3 hours and only provided one dressing room . It was quite annoying to wait and be told sorry you only get this one change room after we made the apt weeks prior .
