This is my second wedding. I was married once before 16 years ago and I had a terrible experience trying to find a dress for a "larger" person. I ended up having my dress made, it was okay, but not what I wanted. So this time, I was pretty apprehensive about dress shopping, but it was the exact opposite. Morgan-Rae was my consultant at Davids Bridal and she was great. Bought my dress in 2013...wedding was delayed until 2017 and I have lost a considerable amount of weight! The staff at David's Bridal was amazing and was able to exchange my dress for the exact dress in a WAY smaller size! They also had some alternate options for me just in case they couldn't get my dress; which they didn't have to do but it just shows they believe in great customer service...I just had my fitting and their alteration staff was amazing as well!! I can't wait to see my dress once they are finished with it!

Wasn't happy that I walked around for 20 min before some decided to let the ladies know I was there for my dress fitting. And I know that she didn't tell anyone cause another lady asked if i was ok and i said i was waiting for my final fitting appt that's when I heard the girl at the reception tell another co worker that she was just about tell them I was there and that was after 20min of looking around. I definitely wasnt impressed about that but the the ladies in the fitting dept were amazing and the did a fabulous job!
