I had a horrible experience when I tried getting dresses for my bridesmaids last year, but decided to give it a second chance now that I’m a bridesmaid for one of my friends wedding. We created an account with the dresses we needed in the court and when I went in store they couldn’t find the account at all. If I could give this experience zero stars, I absolutely would. I would caution anyone considering purchasing your wedding dress here to please rethink your options. Pay more and go somewhere that will take care of you and keep you from the stress this store has added to an already incredibly difficult time to be getting married. I purchased a dress for 899 added a belt for 199, and a vail for 149. I spent 350 on additional alterations which I was assured were guaranteed, and added on straps. We arrived for our scheduled appointment and were met by our consultant with torn stockings, who immediately told us were to select no more than 5 dresses for the bride. She did not help our bride select dresses and told us we were not to take the dresses off the rack. She made us feel very unwelcome right off the bat. The dressing rooms smelled like feet, and another customer came out of the dressing room to find someone to unzip her because her attendant had abandoned her. I went in a month ago with my parents to find a simple wedding dress for my court wedding. Upon arrival, we weren’t even greeted by the lady at the counter. I began to look and every sales associate would just stare at me like I didn’t belong. No one ever asked if I needed help. I made an appointment and with that I would expect my sales consultant to be attentive and there to assist me. I was picking out the dresses to try on with little input from anyone in the store and then spent probably another 15 minutes waiting on the consultant to come back from helping other customers to bring me the third dress I had asked to try on, which by the way I never got. Very dissapointed of sending my fiance to this place! Apparently the ladies there (including the manager) were in a hurry to close the store on Friday during their last appointment of 7.30pm-9pm. They only allowed my fiance to try 4 dresses and told her "you can continue looking but you cannot try anymore dresses".
