I went in the last week to get a bridesmaid and the sales associate insulted another bridesmaid front the bridal party by rolling her eyes when found out her bra size was a 38 F. The manager handled it by giving us a discount. However when I went in today to pick up my bridesmaids gown, I received more poor service again when I went to try on wedding gowns for an upcoming vow renewal. I was told to look around and get an idea of what I wanted in my wedding gown, and that someone would be with me shortly. After almost half an hour we left and went to Bridal Novias and we were helped immediately. Customer service is obviously not their top priority. *edited to add* Gave them one more chance. Honestly I went into this store when I first got engaged to look for dresses for my bridesmaids. The women there just told me to look at the dresses and that was it. No one ever came to see if I needed help or check on me and the store was completely empty. They even wanted to charge for something as simple as color swatches. I'm going to be short and straight to they point. The ladies are rude. They have no manners. I drove from San Antonio to help my sister pick out her dress. I'm very BIG with customer service!!! And since I'm purchasing her dress... i told her i wanted to go somewhere else where they will have manners and more patience. Although we found a beautiful $1,900 dress, it was veo saddening to have to walk out. But iwas not going to give them 1 penny! Very bad customer service!! I will be submitting my review shortly.

If I can give no stars I would. Worst place ever I walked in yesterday and you go in they ignore you. While no one in the store.. Then you ask to see a dress and they "need to ask permission to show you the dress" . Walked out and highly recommend for people to go else where. Managers please show your staff customer service. A customer doesn't go in to buy a $$ dollar dress they go to spend $$$$ And the service is zero.
