My daughter had a bridesmaid fitting and DON went above and beyond!!!! Thank You Don!!!!! You took what could have been a day long 'situation' and turned it into a pleasant experience!!
The first time we went here to look for our bridal party dresses and we had a girl that was supposed to be helping us couldn’t wait to tell us she didn’t want to be here and refused to do absolutely anything. Unfortunately we decided to order from this shit show of an establishment and they couldn’t find our dresses.

Went here with a group of 4. We booked an appointment with DB and got Sara. She was uninterested and apathetic to us the entire appointment. Rarely helped clip dresses to fit, I had to ask for assistance, and she got into an argument with another stylist and a group of walk-ins. Sara kept giving one of my party members dresses several sizes too small and kept saying there wasn’t anything in her size. David’s Bridal greeter associate, talk about an extremely fake and unkind person, they debated if they were going to let us even look at Prom dresses. Then when I ignore her fake yelling, “Didn’t find anything?”, “Well Okay”yelling “Thanks” at the top of her lungs. Sorry, it’s Saturday and your busy, you work here take care of your customers or find a different place of employment. Ridiculous treatment of people who just are trying to look. Will Never be back.
I would not recommend the Evansville location to anyone ever again. when we bought the dress last week we were told the alterations would be free. we drive a total of 3 hours for them to tell us someone there made a mistake and would not honor the free alterations. That is very bad business in my opinion. It wasn't our fault we were lied to and wasted our time and gas for nothing but a dress that now has pin holes all in it. Bad Business don't go to this establishment .

Customer service sucks! They think you’re a liar! They won’t give you any money back! They tell you one thing and then you find out later that’s wrong! I would never buy anything again at David’s bridal!

RecommendedOn Thursday the 15th, I picked up my dress for my daughters wedding on the 17th. While preparing to get dressed for the wedding, I unbagged the dress and discovered a hole in it! I had no choice but to wear it… I am unsatisfied with paying for a damaged dress however that is the only negative thing I can say about them.

Recommendedthey are amazing. there was a dress I wanted so bad but wasn't able to get it in time for my wedding cause it had to be made and I waited to long. but they helped me find another dress to wear i could altar it to look almost like the the one i wanted. but it turned out to be even better than I expected
