Had a scheduled appointment to try on wedding dresses at the Fairview Heights location. Kelly was my personal helper and she did a phenomenal job. She was so helpful and figured out my likes and dislikes immediately. The dress I ended up purchasing was one she picked out for me! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone. I plan to go back and get all my bridesmaid dresses there too!
My experience was awesome Rachel G picked out some wonderful dresses and I found the one.
Aimee was so much more than AMAZING! She was honest about the way the homecoming dresses fitted on my daughter. Aimee was fun to work with and made several suggestions to help us make the perfect selection. We bought last years homecoming dress at this store and will be back again the next time she needs another formal dress. Thank you for having more modest and longer length dresses for taller girls!
We had been at homecoming dress shopping for about 7 hours when we entered this store. My wife and daughter picked out every dress in the store that was my daughters size and if Amiee thought anything negative about it she never even flinched. The customer service we received from Aimee was second to none and I was very very impressed that she was helping 3 different customers at once but not once did we feel left out as she was extremely attentive to everyone she was helping.
