Even though my wedding was weeks ago, im just now getting around to reviewing. I will NEVER recommend Davids Bridal to ANYONE!! Started this journey with them November 2021 and nothing was ever right. Made well over 20 trips to that store because of issues! Never ever recommend going here to anyone. Take your money and business elsewhere because they will do nothing but stress you out and butcher your dress. They made me size up for my dress because there was just no way my actual size would get here in time when they had MONTHS to get it here in time. I looked it up on the website myself and my size would have gotten here in plenty of time for the wedding. My best friends wedding is in 8 days not only have they messed up her dress but also all the brides maid dresses. They had plenty of time to do it right and was even told exactly what we wanted and STILL managed to mess up EVERYTHING. Now we have 8 days to figure it out and they aren’t gonna do anything to help. They need to fire the people who work there and start fresh because these people have absolutely no clue how to do their jobs.

David’s bridal is on a streak for ruining brides & bridesmaid dresses without a care in the world. I will never ever recommend anyone to purchase a dress from them or pay for any alterations or services. They made my bridesmaid size up 2 sizes. She went for her “final fitting” and her arms do not fit into her sleeves. I went to my final fitting & it took 2 people to attempt to zip my dress. It folds over on the sides from being too tight. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DAVIDS BRIDAL TO ANYONE! I really hate that I have to make this post, but I am hoping I can save someone else the trouble. I went to David’s Bridal in Florence on July 30th as a walk in (because they advertise “Walk Ins Welcome”) I was fitted, shopped for my dresses, and then was told I had to meet with a stylist in order to try them on. RecommendedLong Rant! Don't get your wedding dress altered at David's Bridal !! My sister got her dress At David's Bridal Went for a fitting to get it altered. The dress was supposed to be taken out at the waist (skirt), it wasn't it was actually taken in 2in on each side. We had to have the this retaken out and taken out like it was supposed to be done in the 1st place. The bussel was completely botched and had to be redone. RecommendedJenna was absolutely amazing! I HIGHLY recommend her!! She knows how to make your dreams come true, and match your personality to your dress! After a bad experience at another David’s bridal location, we decided to drive an hour to this location. It was totally worth our drive, we will be back definitely!!
