My wife and I stopped in 1/27 to look at dresses for our grandsons wedding. We spent about 45 minutes in the store. We observed that there were three Davids Bridal employees in the store. One employee spent the entire time behind the counter and the other two were on the other side of the store talking while we were there. There were two other customers in the same area we were looking and none of the employees approached us. When we left one of the employees said "good bye" but did not approach us. Went to the David’s Bridal in Florence, Ky. We were greeted by the gal at the door. She asked if we had an appointment. We told her no, her attitude changed completely. She said you need an appointment, we did not realize it was absolutely necessary to have an appointment. She became very cold & said we don’t have anything until 4:30. We were there @ 10:00am, why would we drive an hour one way to come back at 4:30. We were told we could not look at wedding gowns! The experience itself was fun. The workers were kind and helpful. The bathroom was crawling with bugs. Spiders, ants, grasshoppers, etc. some were dead just laying there and others were moving. Very gross. Otherwise the place was pretty clean.

I had an amazing experience with Donna last night! She was amazing and helped me find the dress of my dreams, and be able to walk out happy!! She is amazing! I highly recommend David’s bridal !

Horrible experience. I would recommend to nobody! Can’t even believe the comments that was made to my bridal party in regards to a situation that was in their hands, and their hands only. After discovering that the original bridesmaid dress was completely sold out of every store and the warehouse, they recommended that the remainder of the girls who still had to purchase their dress, buy a different style or color. My sister is getting married and we went shopping for bridesmaid dresses. We all fell in love with one, but we were told it would take 16 weeks to come in. She is getting married in 4 months so that time frame was cutting it too close.
