Absolutely terrible experience, every staff member today looked absolutely miserable. We called ahead to see if if we’re okay for 4 people to look at bridesmaid dresses, they stated that it was okay. Only 2 people tried on a dress, one person tried on 1 dress and the other tried 2 dresses. The staff acted as if we were an inconvenience and were rude when we asked a question about one of the dresses. This really turned me off from using David’s bridal for my 8 bridesmaid dresses for my wedding.

Ruined my wedding dress with alterations I paid them more than the dress cost! Now after they have been working on it for months I am looking for a new dress and wedding in 8 weeks!! Absolutely DO NOT use them for alterations!!
After 3 attempts they got my granddaughter’s dress right. 1st dress had issues with the zipper. So they returned it for another one That fitted like it was @ 2 sizes smaller than the tag said. 3rd dress needed minor alterations in the sides and hem. The alterations were spot on and dressed fitted properly. With 3 days till the wedding if it wasn’t right it would have been a major issue!

Horrible Experience !! Go some where else. They measured my daughter wrong to start. We got the dress and due to multiple scheduling issues on their side. Alterations appointment was cancelled. We took dresses home. She tried it on and zipper was broken. They sent it back and new dress was way to small. Tried to say my child gained ALOT of weight.. She has lost weight. Dress was not a size 12 like we were told they ordered.. Manager was very nice however, but the other's need to be retrained.. Lesson : Order one size larg... read more

One of my bridesmaids just left after getting turned away when trying to try on dresses after we have spent so much money in this store for wedding!!! i was told I shouldn't use this place , very rude an i promise i will never tell anyone else to use them !!

My experience was so exciting Ms. Barbara and Ms. Winter were wonderful. Ms. Winter knew exactly what I wanted and she has a wonderful personality and likes to have fun with you. I cried in my second dress.

The beginning of our appointment was a little rocky. The first employee to help us didn't stay with us to help with anything but then we met GRACE and she was FANTASTIC!!! She helped us correct a major mishap and even made sure we paid the best price! Thanks for turning the appointment in to a happy one! Ask for GRACE!!!!!!

The most worst experience my friend drove 3 hours to be treated awful she left in tears on her 3 hours drive back home they talked to her rude and told her she had to hurry up there were others needed their help. They did not need her business and we sure did not need there's we found the perfect dress 1 mile from her home would not send my dog to David's Bridal in Florence SC.
