The lady in the alteration dept, Nom, was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable . I have enjoyed the experience with David's very much.

I ordered my dress which was ordered in the wrong size. So the manager offered to alter it for free then I was measured for the alterations by a member of the alterations staff Mary. A week later I was called to come back in to try on the dress. Well the dress had not been touched by anyone they just wanted to check the measurements that had already been taken. So after my negative experience with trying dress on in North Charleston to ordering my dress offline and having the buttons falling off I was so ready to just be done with David's bridal and go to another store all together. However the dress I had my heart set on went on such a good discount I was going to go in and get the dress and put it on layaway. The first time I went there to find my dress the experience was good. I had family and friends there and felt like I was enjoying myself. I did find the dress. I just recently went back to pick up my dress. I obviously wanted to put it on before I walked out the store with it. I was by myself. The lady brought the dress back and asked if I needed help and I told her yes for the buttons. I can get into it until that part. Very pushy associate, budget was stated at the beginning of the visit and although some dresses were within the budget the associate kept bringing add on items that were all above the stated budget. A bridesmaid and myself actually found my daughters perfect dress under the budget.

I am from Loris, SC and my mother and I went today to find my wedding dress. My appointment was at 12 well just because of the person I am I was late, I didn't get there until 12:30. The consultant that was helping me had an appointment with someone else at 12:30, instead of turning me away she helped both of us at the same time.
