One of the managers (Amanda) SAVED ME. I had a dress I bought pre-pandemic and it no longer would zip up. She very very quickly assured me they had the style and color I needed in stock in a bigger size and put it on hold for me until I could get there. She was AMAZINGLY kind and helpful.

The manager on duty was fantastic, however my consultant Madison appeared uninterested in the appointment. She was unhelpful, and I had to keep asking her to help me with the dress, such as zip me up, pull out the train, and so on.
