When I first went to David's to look for my dress it was very pleasant and Rochelle was amazing! However, the fee times I have been in since to help my beidesmaids look for dresses or to pick my purchases I have been ignored, and spoken to rude which is disappointing.

The worst in customer service. When you call their customer service number 1-844-400-3222, you can never get a human being, just a recorded message to text them. Hello and chat with an agent. No one has time to chat and text an agent, pick up the freaking phones, and either send me my dress or refund me my money!

I already wrote about Rochelle but I can’t forget the store manager Jenn and Maya. They were so kind and accommodating. They all did their very best to help Me. Thank you all so very much ❤️
Rochelle went above and beyond to make my bad situation from a different bridal salon better. She went out of her way to try and help me find a replacement dress at first and then figured we would make a bad situation better and used a few accessories to fix everything. Thank you so very much🥰
My Fiancé & I were so happy with Rochelle! We had an instant connection! She made us feel so comfortable in finding the perfect dresses for our Wedding! Her warm, friendly, and vivacious personality took away all the stress we were feeling! She was very personable with us and our Bridal Party! I was very impressed with her experience and knowledge.
