The worst in customer service. When you call their customer service number 1-844-400-3222, you can never get a human being, just a recorded message to text them. Hello and chat with an agent. No one has time to chat and text an agent, pick up the freaking phones, and either send me my dress or refund me my money!

Rochelle went above and beyond to make my bad situation from a different bridal salon better. She went out of her way to try and help me find a replacement dress at first and then figured we would make a bad situation better and used a few accessories to fix everything. Thank you so very much🥰
My Fiancé & I were so happy with Rochelle! We had an instant connection! She made us feel so comfortable in finding the perfect dresses for our Wedding! Her warm, friendly, and vivacious personality took away all the stress we were feeling! She was very personable with us and our Bridal Party! I was very impressed with her experience and knowledge. Rochelle listened to all my crazy ideas of dresses and all the horrible ones that I decided to try on! She actually picked my wedding dress in the end! Helped picked the veil and head piece that matched perfectly as well!!!! Highly recommend!!!
