I made an appointment a few days prior to going in, but the store was busy and understaffed. It took 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for a consultant to even come over to me to introduce herself, and once she did she still wasn't able to dedicate any time to my appointment. The lady that attended us was very helpful. I needed dresses for both of my daughters and on short notice.. we tried on several dresses .. very patient, helpful . Couldn't be more pleased.. not too happy about the price but wouldn't hesitate to come back.. second time coming back here with 1 year.

My experience was great with David's Bridal. My only recommendation is to make sure you go over with the customer what she needs to bring with her on the first day of fitting. I wasn't told and came unprepared. Therefore a new day had to be scheduled.
