Dianna was great! She was very helpful in explaining the alterations done on my dress and showing my sister how to do and un-do the bustle. She was patient and very thorough in explaining it all to make sure we were comfortable. The alterations work was also great. She also has a great and fun attitude! I would definitely recommend getting your alterations with her!
Stephanie Madrigal!!! The best!!! I came in for one of my bridesmaids to get her dress for my special day and Stephanie was AMAZING!!! I’ve been into this location beginning in January as a soon to be bride and I’ve had a bad experience when I brought my MIL and mom to the store to find their dresses and after that it made me nervous to come in. not only with alterations but with Stephanie, I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Emily was great! I went in not knowing what style I wanted or anything and she was very helpful and super sweet. She asked what I did and didn’t like about each dress I tried on and even went out of her way to find other dresses that hit all checkpoints. I haven’t found THE dress yet, but with Emily’s help I found my style
Most of the experience was good but alteration was very disappointing. I had some concerns about the way the dress fit in the bust and was assured they could fix it. It was altered twice and the problem was still not fixed. On the 3rd Fitting we had a different seamstress. She told me right away it was not something that could be fixed as the dress was not strong enough to support me. Why did the 1st seamstress not tell me that? Why did I spend $100 and drive back and forth to the store 3 times? I could have spent that time ... read more
My Daughter and I had an alteration appointment yesterday and we were helped out by the lovely Dianna. She was so helpful, honest and kind. We left very satisfied with her service.
