My experience was amazing! This was a comeback appointment to see if I was still in love with my old dress. Well I had Kendyll as my consultant and she was AMAZING! She helped me from head to toe, didn’t mind getting more dresses and helped me decide on a final dress. I’m so so happy I walked out today with my dress and I can’t wait to walk down the aisle with it ❤️❤️❤️

The ladies there were wonderful! The dress I picked I actually hated on the hanger but my consultant made me try it on and I feel in love with it immediately! They know what they are doing that's for sure! They were kind and made my visit one I will remember forever! Thank you for making that day so special!

I found my wedding dress at David's Bridal. It was the first dress I tried on and one that I had actually favorited on their website twice. The service was great! Although, I did not go through David's Bridal for alterations. The price was much to high for a bustle and strap adjustment.

I had great service initially when I went dress shopping. I purchased my dress there and everything was perfect. Alterations were also very nice as well. The service I got AFTER I purchased my dress was not great. I had to go back to purchase my veil, slip, bra, headpiece, and jewelry. I had to go back a few times because they either ignored me and waited there for 15 minutes before anybody showed up or I would be on the wait list and be completely skipped.
