I had the best experience with Zee! She was fantastic and made me so comfortable. I came in discouraged from previous experiences, but she was fantastic, and helped me find the PERFECT dress! Thank you so much, Zee!!!

The whole dress experience was great, but they accidentally charged my card 3 times for it and it's taking them a really long time to get it resolved.

You did good, I would've liked a little more involvement from the staff and your pricing for alterations is kind of ridiculous.

Very very very crowded in the alterations area. My appointment was at 1130 but wasn't seen til 1145. I couldn't really understand the lady who was helping me and she seemed very frustrated with me because I kept asking her to repeat herself. There are so many nice people who were working there and I wished the lady who did my alterations was one of the nice ones. What really made me mad about this whole thing was she kept telling me I couldn't pick my dress up on a Saturday. She was forcing me to come durring a week day. I k... read more

I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment for bridesmaid dresses and was told no. When I had arrived I was told I did need an appointment. The lady was very rude about the whole thing. I was still helped right away which was very nice of them due to the miscommunication. The lady who helped me with the dresses insisted that she went into the dressing room with me for my second dress. It was a very awkward experience for me.
