My dress was beautiful and the selection process was a breeze. Alterations was pricey (but it always is) but done very well and timely. I am not the type to spend a ton of money on a dress. I am a very reasonable shopper. I got my dress for $725 (before alterations) and I had people ask me what designer boutique it came from, and some guessed I had spent thousands of dollars on my dress. If you can find the right dress for you, I would recommend David's Bridal. Just make sure to ask them to order you a brand new dress, not off the rack, because the try-on dresses do tend to have stains from makeup and such.

I had two wedding receptions and ceremonies. I managed to find two beautiful dresses for under US $900 and received many compliments on the quality of the dresses. Everyone at Davids Bridal really helped and I wasn't the slightest bit worried when I needed alterations. True professionals !

I bought my dress at David's Bridal on San Filipe. They were wonderful. The alterations were perfect. They were very helpful when pulling all of the dresses that I wanted to try on.

Note: This review is for the friendswood location, which is not listed on this website. I got the vera wang white collection dress. It was a gorgeous dress, but it was definitely overpriced for the quality of the dress that I received. The organza pleats were all over the place and the fabric was not smooth. I expected more for paying the price for that dress. Service was just ok. It did not take very long for the dress to come in. However, the dress was too small when it arrived, and the zipper ripped when she tried to zip it up for the first time. It was the exact same size as the one I tried on in store. The sell's girl failed to tell me that the one I tried on in store has been tried on numerous times and was stretched out. It should have been her job to tell me to order one size larger. It turned out ok in the end because I had some time to lose weight, but this should not have been the issue to begin with.

Dress was so stunning, the alterations were fantastic for my dress and my toddlers dress. They were very fast with my maid of honors last minute alterations and switching out the bow for my daughters dress last minute!! Thanks everyone at the 1960 location!!!

I actually purchased two wedding dresses from here. I bought my first one on sale and tried to make changes on it but wasn't satisfied. I found my second one and LOVED it! It was my dream dress! The staff was helpful but when I did go try on dresses I felt that some people were trying to dress me themselves rather than listening to what I wanted. Overall I am pleased with the service.
