This review is specific to CONCHY in alterations at San Felipe, Houston. SHE IS A GEM! She's so kind, so sweet and very professional. I had met with other ladies in the same department at different times and although they were professional, Conchy honestly is just very special and you know it the minute that you meet her. She did an outstanding job taking my accurate measurements, without any rush and she payed attention to everything that I mentioned during my appointment. Jayne was so helpful and good at listening to what I liked and didn't. I'm glad she encouraged me to try multiple styles. The store manager (Liv) was also very welcoming.Â

I have had a hard time getting my bridesmaid's dress just right my torso is short so the ladies in alterations had to almost remake the bodice and they did a great job. Also there were problems with the underlaers of my dress not being cut originally exactly right and there were also problems with the crepe outer layer at the waist not being cut and sewn quite right originally as well again they fixed it all. Claudia and Anna in alterations were so very patient and kind and worked with me on the fitting to get it just right.Â
