I had a wonderful experience on a busy Saturday. Yes I did have to wait for about 30 min after my appointment was supposed to start but I didn't care I understand people get behind, we are human. I wouldn't recommend someone going to find the dress of their dreams in a hurry anyway. The woman who helped me was absolutely amazing. I had such an amazing and painless experience at this location today! I have tried on, at least, 40 dresses from different bridal shops, but today was, by far, the best experience I've had yet! My consultant, Melanie, was patient, honest, and very considerate of what I wanted. I will admit, I was very hesistant to go to David's Bridal, because of horror stories I'd heard before, but I'm so glad I decided to go today! I highly recommend going to this location, and if you can, please see Melanie! She was so amazing!
I went in to see what they had for a soon to be sister-in-law which is wheelchair bound and I found them to be so helpful. They showed me a few dresses and I took some pictures to share with her and they even told me they could add sleeves or shorten a long gown! Thank you so much for all your help.
I went in with my best friend for her bridal appointment; all staff, especially our consultant, Hope, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
My experience was amazing at the shop in Greensboro, NC! Unfortunately my bridesmaids dress is not being delivered because Alfred Angelo is closing. This shop rush ordered a new dress with 20% off! What amazing service!
Yesterday I had an appointment at 10:30, i looked at a couple dresses and then showed her some of the ideas on my phone, she measured me, picked the dresses I wanted then picked a few on her own, which I wanted. I tried on 4 dresses and the 4th dress, which is one of the ones she chose is the one I decided was "the one". She then helped my bridesmaids find their dresses. Hope was very helpful throughout the time being there and I definitely recommend her!
