On Saturday July 15, 2017 I visited Davids Bridal to only shop around and look for my wedding dress.I had any intentions of purchasing one. BUT low and Behold when I left I had the most beautiful dress. This is my first wedding and the young lady that helped me made it a memorable ecperience...I cannot think of her name but I would like to thank her so much...My first experience was great

After a disastrous situation at the Winston Salem store, I went to the Greensboro location in the hopes that they could fix what Winston messed up. I want to say that the manager Pamela Salter is a keeper! She fixed everything and was so super-sweet and professional. I have never had such a great customer service experience. After swearing I would never purchase a dress from your company again, Ms. Salter has changed my mind. Because of her, I will remain a customer. Such a genuine and amazing woman!

I was very skeptical of David's Bridal because I did not want the traditional poofy dress, or a veil, or any of the fa la la that is often associated with a chain dress store. I had originally gone with my family and friends for an appointment at the Southpoint location in Durham but the attendant was not very engaging, gave me the wrong size corset, and I left empty handed feeling insecure. My granddaughter came in without an appt and fell in love with a dress and her mom said if it fit they would buy it. They were kind enough to let her try it on and it fit and she said yes to the dress.�

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location. The associate that made me experience so fabulous was a wonderful woman named Donyatta! She helped me when I didn't exactly know what I wanted but she couldn't have been nicer and more patient. It was absolutely great. Thank you so much for the perfect prom dress.

Our experience while shopping for a prom dress for my daughter was the BEST! Our assistant, Jennifer was both pleasant and patient. She made the entire experience such a joy because of her honest feedback and genuine help. After selecting a dress, my daughter needed alterations and the seamstress, Mrs Mary was a jewel.
