I always find what I’m looking for when i shop here no matter what but when i attended for my bridesmaids dresses i didn’t get good customer service we only had one person serving us and it was six ladies in all and we had to get our own dresses and try them on ourselves. We only had one dressing room and we all just stood in the hall until we could go into the room. The host only sized us and she kept disappearing every time we turned around. Appointment at 5 pm. We are still here at 7:30 pm. Party of 5, so not a lot of measurements needed. Took 45 minutes just to check out. Confusion over discounts, cashier was told color to order and still ordered wrong one. We had to go get the dresses back off the shelf because she didn’t write down the item numbers the first 5 times we were all together.

The "consultant" that worked with us not knowledgeable of the dresses, for the majority of the time there she sat and watched me help my girls in and out of the dresses. Will not be going back to the Greensboro store.

I WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD!! Purchased my wedding dress there, six bridesmaids gowns, flower girl dress, two grandmother of the bride dresses, a grandmother of the groom dress, MOB and MOG dresses; about 13 dresses total. It was DISASTER. We had twelve people for my bridal party appointment and they gave us two rooms and we never saw the consultant again. Was insulted and told it was my fault my dress didn't fit because they told me to order the wrong size.. lady told me I had probably gained weight which is NOT the case! Horrible experience. All the bridesmaid dresses are stretched out so it's impossible to tell what size you actually need!

I hate I have to give them even one star, but I guess that can go for the sales consultant we worked with in the past. Yesterday was the fitting after alterations for my daughters dress and right off something that should have already been done WAS NOT so we were told to wait and they would fix it. An hour later there were still issues so they took the dress back multiple times and then a different person tried arguing with me about why she shouldn't do this!!! I wish I would've read these reviews before I decided to shop here. For my wedding gown, I had the sweetest consultant, Hope. She helped me find the dress I've always pictured myself in and made me feel beautiful. That's literally the only reason this review is getting any stars. It has been a NIGHTMARE ever since. Worst experience ever. I called and they told me I don't need an appointment to try on bridesmaids dresses with my bridal party. Got there and had to wait over an hour to try on 5 dresses. The consultant had my small group (3 people) and one other group. We never saw her. She was no help and extremely rude to us. We had to go and search for other dresses and sizes. They tried to rush us into making a decision on dresses that were extremely overpriced and all had to be altered. The alterations cost more than the dress!!!! Th... read more
