I was at David's Bridal on Saturday September 17th along with some of my bridesmaids. We were greeted with a smile and had the pleasure of having a Male Derrick Speight to be a great service to all of us. He went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.
I like the clothing but employees are liking especially manager
Their customer service was on point and we found my daughter a gorgeous gown.
Loved our visit on the 24! Had an appointment and our stylist Asia was awesome!
I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Greenville Davids Bridal!! My daughter was in a jam for a prom dress because the seam on her original dress busted at the seam, 6 days before the Prom. We went to the Raleigh store where she tried on a dress fell in love how ever it was one size too small. The lady there was nice but didn't go out her way. Okay, first, David's Bridal in Greenville, NC is under new management and in my opinion are top notch! Yes, it is busy, but every time we are there, the staff is helping someone and not lollygagging. My daughter, Victoria Fox, is getting married in June 2016. We MADE an appointment for her to find THE PERFECT Wedding dress. So I am pleased with my dress and the young lady who so kindly helped me through the process, but to be told I have to pay to have my dress steamed after it was shipped to me crammed in a box is just beyond me!
Love the customer service. Everyone was so nice. I bought my wedding dress from here and loved it. They have so many beautiful choices to choose from. Looking to buy dress for vowel renewal soon!!!
