Why does it say walk ins welcomed on website, but a small group of us walked in there and was told no one would be able to help us because all their staff were going to be busy with appointments.. So guess what yall lost out on that commission. And another business got it.
I bought my dress at a small boutique but needed it steamed right before my wedding. I called the local David’s Bridal (Greenville NC) to ask if they knew where I could get my dressed steamed. They were nice on the phone and said they could do it and to just bring my dress about a wk before my wedding. I took my dress in and you pay upfront before the service is done. My Daughter and Granddaughter went un on Tuesday a week or 2 ago and Person at done said "What do u want" what kind of craft is that well they just lost a whole wedding party and God Bless whoever uses them.
Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! I Went with my daughter to this Davids Bridal in Greenville NC. First of all they only allow you a 1 hour appointment to find your once in a lifetime wedding dress. They made us feel unimportant and rushed. The lady who was assisting us was also helping a girl with a prom dress, making our time with actual help even shorter. I was completely ignored. I even asked to see specific gowns. Then I found something I wanted to buy and they still ignored me. Ageism is alive and well at David’s Bridal Greenville.
Do not recommend this store at all! My consultant did not help me find a dress at all kept bringing dress 3 times to small so I couldn’t even put it on. Then today I get a call asking if I could move my pick up date back to pick up my dress from alterations to August 14 and my wedding is the 29th! Will never go here again!
My daughter found her dress with this store. It was fine till they shipped it to us with OUT doing all the alterations. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone! No call back option or anything. WTH?? Who does that?? And trust me, the alterations were not cheap and we paid over $1000.00 for her dress...that's not counting my dress, the mother in law dress, 2 pair of shoes, crown, Vail, jewelry...but no customer service.
